COVID-19 + Shipping
Hey, Hey Curlfriends! I hope you and your families are staying safe + occupied.
DELAYS - I apologize for any order delays during the COVID-19 pandemic. Please know that I am doing everything I can to make sure your orders are going out as quickly as possible. The cause for the delays are a variety of things out of my control. Post offices are experiencing huge increases in online orders, as well as a shortage of staff. Manufacturers and Warehouse across the United States are closed, have limited hours and limited staff. These delays have affected my shop which has resulted in my orders being delayed.
Typically, we ship in 3-5 business day however, there is a huge delay in shipments from my vendors pushing me back to a 2-4 week delay. I apologize for the inconvenience. I will periodically post shipping updates via my story and Facebook business page. Please be sure to check there! I will be posting a notice on the website as well. Also, there is talk that the postal services may be suspended but nothing has been approved! (This hopefully won’t happen bc people depend on mail services for medication and other essentials).
