Policies: Shipping, Turn Around Time + Refunds

Naturally Nixon LLC ships weekdays using United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority. We also ship Saturday mornings when order volume is high. For example, holiday seasons. We don't like to ship packages that contain whipped soaps, soap bars, oils and butters on the weekend as thy can melt or burst sitting in the post office all weekend.

 

Packages are shipped within the turn around time. If for any reason we find your package may extent the TAT time, you will be emailed.

 

Please be mindful that processing times may be different depending on what payment method you have used. See Below:

Payment Processing Times:

PayPal: 1-3 days

Sezzle: 7 -9 days

WixPayments: 7-9 days

**Typically, we do not ship until payment is clear. However, there are cases where we are trying to move packages out as fast as possible due to order volume. Please be patient! During busy holiday seasons beginning in mid-September, turn around times increase to 4-6 weeks (not including holidays or weekends). It is important to follow our social media accounts as this is where we post most of our shipment updates and other important information! Also, check your weekly NN update emails!

Turn Around Time (TAT):

TAT is currently up to 6 weeks for the remainder of the 2021 calendar year. This does not include holidays or weekends. 

We are a handmade, small shop and each component of order processing takes time! Not to mention, I am an one woman show! I also have a family. By purchasing from Naturally Nixon LLC you are agreeing that you have read and understand our TAT and policies. 

Holiday shipping cut off:

The holiday season is among us and we have jumped into action with our holiday shipment schedule for those who would like to have orders in hand before December 25th, 2021. Here is the USPS Holiday Shipment Announcement:

 

"On Christmas, USPS stores countrywide will be closed with no delivery. However, due to huge volumes of shipping in the lead up to Christmas, some USPS offices will remain the two previous Sundays to handle the volume of shipments. It’s best to check with your local branch for the USPS holiday hours.

This should provide ample time for eCommerce stores to make their shipments in time for Christmas. The estimated USPS holiday shipping deadline for Christmas is as follows:  

• USPS Priority Mail Express: Next day, ship by Thursday, December 23rd, 2021

• Priority Mail: 1-3 days, ship by Sunday, December 19th, 2021

• First-class Mail: 1-3 days, ship by Saturday, December 18th, 2021

• USPS media mail: 2 to 8 days, ship by Thursday, December 16th, 2021

• USPS retail ground: 2 to 8 days, ship by Wednesday, December 15th, 2021"

TO ENSURE ALL CHRISTMAS ORDERS HAVE ARRIVED TO YOU, NATURALLY NIXON LLC WILL CUT OFF CHRISTMAS SHIPMENTS ON: WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 10TH, 2021 FOR LARGER WEBSITE ORDERS. (IF YOU ARE NOT SURE, EMAIL US). 

NATURALLY NIXON WILL NOT BE SHIPPING FROM FRIDAY DECEMBER 24TH, 2021 THROUGH TUESDAY JANUARY 4TH, 2021.

Cancellation Policy:

The purpose of the Naturally Nixon LLC Cancellation Policy is to limit any unwanted conflicts between the company and customer and/or the company and any third party company (such as, Sezzle and/or PayPal).

Requesting any order cancellation made 48 hours or less will result in a full refund (of only the order; shipping and taxes not included in refund) IF your there has not been a tracking number created for this order and it has not been started. You will not be subject to any penalties.  

Cancellations made after 48 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee of 15% of your total order. When ordering, you are agreeing to all policies by Naturally Nixon LLC.

All order cancellation requests should always be directed to: naturallynixonorders@gmail.com. Sending messages via social media direct messages will not be accepted. Communication via email is always BEST! 

Miscellaneous: 

Naturally Nixon is not responsible for broken, damaged, lost or stolen packages. If you should have an issue or concern with any of these things, please open a claim with USPS immediately. I can also open a claim on my end in support of you. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have to encounter via the fault of USPS. 

If you should find yourself in this situation, please open a claim with USPS, immediately. Make sure you provide detailed photos and descriptions. You may send photos to me as well so I can help you with your claim via USPS Claims. I recommend via email because then you have written documentation at:

Naturally Nixon does NOT provide refunds unless the issue is a fault of ours such as sending incorrect product size or type. Please do not file claims with PayPal, Sezzle, etc.
